TERMS OF SERVICE (PUBLIC OFFER)

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1.Limited Liability Company "Nasha Investitsionnaya Kompaniya" (hereinafter - the Service Provider) grants any legally capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter - the User) the right to use the askbox software platform (hereinafter - the Service) under a simple (non-exclusive) license.

1.2.The Service is a cloud-based solution for creating digital employees (AI agents), automating communications, and processing data using artificial intelligence models.

1.3.This Agreement constitutes a public offer. Registration in the Account Dashboard at https://askbox.site or actual use of the Service's program code constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (Article 408 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus).

2. SERVICE USAGE

2.1.Access to the Service's functionality is granted to the User upon completion of the registration and authorization procedure.

2.2.The User independently configures AI agents, uploads the knowledge base, and integrates the Service script into their own web resources.

2.3.The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the program code, change the interface, and alter the functionality of the Service without prior notice to the User.

3. PAYMENTS AND SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE

3.1.The cost of using the Service is determined by Tariffs approved by the Service Provider and published on the website.

3.2.Payment is made on the basis of 100% prepayment by non-cash transfer.

3.3.When selecting a tariff plan with automatic renewal (subscription), the User consents to regular charges (recurring payments) from the linked bank card until the subscription is canceled in the Account Dashboard.

3.4.Services are deemed properly rendered at the moment access to the Service is provided for the paid period. Funds for the unused period of time are non-refundable.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (AI DISCLAIMER)

4.1.The Service operates on the basis of probabilistic machine-learning algorithms. The Service Provider does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information generated by AI agents.

4.2.The User acknowledges and agrees that AI agents may produce incorrect or unreliable answers ("hallucinations"). The User is obligated to independently verify critically important information provided by the Service.

4.3.The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

• the content of AI-agent dialogues with the User's end customers;
• losses (direct or indirect) and lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
• failures in third-party API providers (OpenAI, Google, etc.).

4.4.The Service Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the last period (monthly tariff) paid by the User.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1.The exclusive right to the askbox software platform belongs to the Service Provider.

5.2.The rights to materials uploaded by the User as a knowledge base belong to the User.

5.3.Rights to content created by an AI agent in response to a User request transfer to the User to the extent permitted by the rules of the developers of the corresponding artificial intelligence models.

6. TERM AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1.Acceptance of this offer is valid indefinitely until the account is deleted or the agreement is terminated by either party.

6.2.All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. A mandatory pre-trial claim procedure is established (response period - 15 calendar days).

6.3.If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be subject to consideration in court at the location of the Service Provider (Minsk) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
